Who makes up a Team of Angels?
- Patient Teams: Family Members, Friends, Your Doctors, Nurses and Supporters
- Family Teams: Mom, Dad, Husband, Wife, Partner, Brother, Sister, Grandma, Grandpa, Uncles, Aunts and Cousins
- Friends/Associate Teams: Friends, Co-workers, Business Associates, Vendors, Social Groups, etc.

Registration Information
Angel Adventure registration includes lunch and an event t-shirt. The registration fee is $25 for adults, $15 for 6-18 years of age and free under the age of 5. The registration fee will be applied toward your fundraising goal. We are encouraging all participants to raise a minimum of $250, which enters you in the prize drawing.
Join the "Angel Club" by raising
